By purchasing or using Simply Boxxd products, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders and Payment

  • The price listed on the final purchase order is the agreed-upon price.

  • Simply Boxxd reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Simply Boxxd will process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of purchase confirmation.

  • Products are considered shipped upon transfer to the third-party carrier.

  • Actual delivery times are dependent on the third-party carrier and may vary based on destination and other factors beyond Simply Boxxd's control.

  • Simply Boxxd is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur once the product is in the possession of the third-party carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or shipping delays.

  • Tracking information will be provided to customers once the product is shipped, allowing them to monitor the progress of their delivery.

  • For any shipping-related inquiries after the product has been transferred to the carrier, customers should contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • To initiate a return, contact enquiries@simplyboxxd.com with your order details.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of Simply Boxxd receiving the returned item.

  • Simply Boxxd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Use and Limitations

  • Simply Boxxd products are intended for personal use and enjoyment.

  • Simply Boxxd paint-by-number kits and finished products are not intended for individual resale.

  • Simply Boxxd products are not intended for ingestion. Do not swallow or place any part of the product in your mouth.

  • Products may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old.

6. Warranty and Liability

Simply Boxxd designs, assembles, and sells products using materials sourced from third-party suppliers. While we take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our final products, Simply Boxxd's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Simply Boxxd and its associated entities (including directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors) are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Costs incurred for product replacement or repair

7. Ownership and Restrictions

  • All designs and products provided by Simply Boxxd are and remain the exclusive property of Simply Boxxd.

  • Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the products for personal enjoyment only.

  • The resale of Simply Boxxd products, including finished paintings, is strictly prohibited.

8. Age Restriction

  • Some products may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

  • Adult supervision is required for all children using Simply Boxxd products.

  • Keep all products and packaging away from infants and young children to prevent accidental ingestion.
